  • I am of the legal age (18 years) to enter the Web Page and purchase any items that are offered to me.

The items offered in the webpage are of consumption purposes, which is why the presale contract is done the moment the client emits the purchase confirmation of their order. This is the reason why we, The Extreme Collection, recommend to read to complete document of legal warnings and of these general conditions before accepting the purchased order.

1. DESCRIPTION OF BUYING PROCESS

THE PROCESS TO TO EMPLOY THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE OFFERED THROUGH THE WEBSITE , IS THE FOLLOWING::

In this summary, there will be detailed information about the items selected, with its corresponding image, including its price, quantity, and subtotal of the order and total of the purchase with TAX. In case that The Client wants to continue shopping, they will have to click on the other pages of interest, following the same process as before. On the contrary, click on the button “Checkout”.
            2. Making the order To continue, The Client need to verify and add in the billing information relating the order (name, surname, address, city, state/province, zip code, country, phone number, etc.). The Client that is already registered their delivery information previously, will not have to do so again. On the contrary, before confirming the payment information, they should include the delivery information, as well as the billing information. You can click “Confirm” once all the information is complete.
            3. Delivery Method: In this page you will see all the delivery costs.
            4. Payment Information: To continue, once The Client clicks to continue, they will be taken to the payment options. This page offers The Client the option to choose the payment method, such as credit card and PayPal. They must notify the TEC, about any issues or fraudulent actions with the card that has been used to pay, with an email or phone call, with the shorted amount of time possible for the TEC to be able to solve the issue. Additionally, the providers or issuers of payment method can adopt an anti fraud method. TEC will not be responsible of applying this type of security politics.
            5. Order Revision: Before continuing to the next step The Client can, before validating, see the summary of the order. Before proceding with the payment, The Client will be shown all the information of the order so The Client can check and modify in the previous steps.
            6. Order Confirmation: Once payment is confirmed, The Client will be shown the confirmation of the order reception. The order will begin once Tec receives the payment confirmation of the method payment used by the Client.
            7. Finalizing the buying process, The Client will receive an email with the information relating the order (order number, chosen items, delivery dates, and delivery costs).
            8. The Client will receive the required items to the delivery address that was given to us, following the delivery dates established in our website.

  • The delivery will be done to the address indicated by The Client, it can be different to the place of residency, with possibility of being delivered to the place of work or to a third party as a gift. In any of these cases, we will ask for the buyer´s identification or of the person to which the item is being delivered, with an official document and a signature.
  • It's the TEC´s responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with the courier company to guarantee the delivery of the product within the 25 working days, if this is not possible, the delivery will be canceled and the payment will be refunded.
  • Past this time of delivery and once refunded the payment, if The Client receives the item, The Client can choose to return it with no added costs or pay the cost of the item once again.
  • We cannot combine multiples orders, nor make changes of the details of an order it has been processed to be shipped.
  • All of the international orders can involve taxes, custom fees and tariffs. Import rights, customs duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item or the delivery cost. All international orders are sent with “unpaid duties or tax” and do not pay for such or calculate the costs. Unfortunately, we do not have control over such actions, due to the fact that custom policies and importation tarrifs vary from country to country. These tariffs are charged and taken by the government and are completely independent of any delivery costs. The custom authorities require us to inform of the content of the order in the delivery parcel(s). Take into account that custom agents have the right to open or reject the parcel(s), in some cases, it can delay the delivery date. If so, the delivery can take up to 30 days or more for the parcel to reach The Client.
  • Some international orders do not have information in real time. Sometimes, the order can only show the pick up and drop off of the order with no information in between.
  • We are not responsible of the lost parcels, stolen, or delayed parcels caused by the courier.
  • If The Client rejects a parcel from THE EXTREME COLLECTION, your parcel will be sent back to us. You are responsible for the delivery cost, the importation tariffs, the rights/taxes and return delivery costs. These payments will be redacted from the total refund.

* During periods of SALES, OUTLET or special promotions we do not offer free delivery.

3. PRICES OF SPECIAL PRODUCTS

The prices of special products in the website include the corresponding taxes and other taxes that might apply and, in any case, will be shown in the mexican currency (MXN).

In case of a technical error and/or a typographic error in the prices or on the rest of the information of the items in the website when the payment is made, the company will have the right to reject the order and cancel without right of claim on behalf of The Client.

4. Returns

With exception to Personalized Items, you have the right to desist from the Contract within the first 14 days of the received item. It is understood that these will be within working days, exceptions of Sundays and holidays.


You must use a certified courier service or other method that offer a receipt of the date postage and delivery. If you do not return the items with the present conditions, we will charge you an additional charge no superior to the total charges made for the return of the items.

We will not refund an items that The Client return if incomplete, damaged or dirty.

For returns, you only need to choose from the following return options:

    5. CHANGE OF SIZE

    In addition to the legal rights that assist you, we offer our clients a return policy received (except for Personalized Items), within the 14 days of delivery dates according to the following conditions:

    • Send us an email to customers@theextremecollectionusa.com with your personal details and the reason of your return, or call us at +1-888-389-4242 so our Personal Shopper can assist you with the changing of item(s).
    • Put the item(s) that you wish to return, including the receipt, in the parcel that you received the item in.

    • You are responsible of obtaining the receipt of return of the item by certifies courier service or other methods that will give you a receipt with the date of return and delivery.     • When the parcel arrives at our storage facilities, we will send you the order with the changed item(s).

    6. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

    All orders rely on the availability of the products. IF the moment you process your order, we do not have the item stocked, TEC will try to locate the item. If this is not possible, we will notify The Client immediately. Also, the payment of the order that has not been sent will be refunded in the following days, through the sae payent method The Client used to make the order.

    7. THE RIGHT TO REJECT AN ORDER

    TEC can cancel any order or will not accept a confirmed order with the following reasons:

        • In case of technical error and/or typographic error in the prices or in the rest of the information of the products content on the website when making the order.
        • When lacking availability according to what is noted in point 5.
        • When the security system indicates that the order can be a fraud
        • When there are reasons to believe that the user is a minor.
        • TEC was not able to send the order to the given address.

    TEC will refund you the full payment made from the order.

    8. NULLITY AND INEFFICIENCY OF THE CLAUSES

    If any of the present clauses in the General Employment Conditions were totally declared or partially null of inefficient, such nullity or inefficiency is only affected but such disposition or of the same part that results in nullity and inefficiency, subsisting the present General Employment Conditions in the rest, considering such total or partial disposition as not included.

    9. CANCELATIONS

    To cancel the order before the delivery date of the items, you must send over a written notification by email to customers@theextremecollectionusa.com , with the information about the item(s) in the order and (when it is being processed) the delivery.
